Penny-Lynn Southam

Principal and owner of Southam Design. SDI was started in 1992 in Ottawa, Ontario. We were one of the top firms in Ottawa for over 2 decades. I have won over 35 Design and Architecture Awards, been featured in numerous design and architecture magazines and have had two TV shows which aired on HGTV, The W Network and the Oprah Channel. I have mentored over 20 young students interested in Interior Design and Architecture. At least 4 were seniors in high school, and the remainder were in their final year of their Interior Design degree. I am also writing a book and creating an AI-based system that helps architectural and design firm principals streamline their timesheets and proposals in order to increase profit without increasing time
