She holds the designation of ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR BC/Yukon), and a Chartered Fellow (FCIPD UK). Additionally, she is a Registered Professional Recruiter in Canada. Louise brings extensive experience in Career Coaching, Transition Coaching, Executive and Leadership Coaching, and Facilitation.
Both in-person and online, she has delivered and facilitated career and leadership development sessions for diverse groups, ranging from one-on-one executive coaching to workshops for small groups (20-50 participants), and as a speaker at large-scale events with over 100 attendees. Louise has a wealth of experience delivering programs in-person in Canada and the UK, and globally through virtual platforms, coaching professionals in more than 18 countries.
A pioneer in Adaptability Intelligence, specializing in Adaptability Quotient (AQ), transitions, and transformation, Louise is skilled in administering AQ, personality, and 360-degree assessments.
